Refund policy

1. No Refunds

All orders placed in our store (including products, packs, and merchandise) are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to this policy.

2. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for color, size, personal preference, or selection errors. All products are sold as-is.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and proof of purchase. Each case will be reviewed, and a replacement or store credit may be offered when applicable.

4. Age-Restricted Events

Tickets for events are non-refundable if the participant does not meet the required age. Verification will be performed at the entrance.

5. Event Cancellation

If an event is canceled by the organizers, an alternative or credit may be offered for another event. Refunds are only considered in extreme cases at the discretion of the organizers.

6. Policy Acceptance

By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept this policy irrevocably and without exceptions.
